I wonder

who am I to wonder?
where you have rested
your heart
bound by love
nestled late
in your memory
if in this story
you remove chapters
too soaked by tears
to read
but your favorite parts
are the lines
that catch your breath
as the words fall
into woven memory
to be heard
to be silenced
who am I to wonder?
where you have rested
your heart
who am I?
to you
I wonder
